That’s why the Sunrise Beach VFD has chosen to go ahead with the annual flu shot clinic this year. Masks will be required and social distancing enforced!

Please bring a copy of insurance card and immunization record.

There is no charge for Medicare part B.

Payment by cash or check only.

Ages seven and older; ages three to six require a prescription.

Please wear short sleeves.
